KEITH EUTSAY -PRESIDENT
Keith is an energetic leader that transforms his leadership skills to help guide the Brooklyn Vets4 Kids team and has been working with this nonprofit for five years. Keith is a native of Brooklyn N.Y born and raised. He has two sisters four brothers which one of them is his twin. Keith attended Franklin K. Lane H.S where his major studies were camp counseling. He graduated high school in June 1983. Keith immediately after high school landed a job with Polo Ralph Lauren and worked successfully. He left Polo in 1986 and joined the Army Reserves. A few years later was Deployed to Operation Desert Storm and later to Iraq. He went to numerous military training schools and was promoted through the ranks to Sergeant First Class which he retains to this day. He and his fellow veterans choose to use their skills and experience to help guide and support our youth and community. This experience gives him a deep appreciation of how nonprofit seeks to improve the quality of life for our community. |
PATRICK PLASKETT- VICE PRESIDENT/SECRETARY
Patrick Plaskett has been deployed 3 times, starting with Desert Storm, Operation Iraq Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom over the service of 24 years in the US Army Reserve. He has an Associates's Degree in Liberal Arts. Patrick is a Retired Sergeant First Class, and have completed over 5 different Job description over my time in the military. He has been awarded over 20 different medals for various accomplishments throughout his Military Career. Patrick is looking forward to embarking on a new chapter in his life, being able to inspire and encourage the youth we encounter, utilize his knowledge, and real-world experience. |
DAMIAN COLON - TREASURER
Damian is a Retired Sergeant in the US Army who served 17 years. He is also a retired Police Officer with the NYPD with 23 years on the force. Damian is a proud father of 3 children and grandfather of 3 grandchildren. Damian currently resides in Queens, NY, and is a member of Brooklyn VETS 4 KIDS. His goal is to help and support the kids by giving then guidance and sharing life experiences to bring out their inner dreams and becoming positive members in their communities. |
